- One If OnlyOct 24, 2018Introduce YourselfWhat's up gentlemen, et all? We met up past Davenport, CA and I got a very cool introduction to the whole "Van Life" philosophy as well as a peak at your vans. Found this site having heard Lee say "Vanning ain't no joke" more than a few times, a google search brought me here and I recognized the van! (In reference to Lee, Neal, and Andrew), they were certainly impressive and I had a good time talking with with you three. Anyhow, I was the guy stuck in his car at Greyhound Rock, having come in hot (Literally), ended up stuck there for 2 more days before I finally called in the cavalry. I was hoping to get in touch with you all to see where you're at. As for me, I'm in a hotel for 5 days waiting to get to my car via a family member, it's still there. I hope at least.Like

- Unknown memberAug 07, 2018Food and CookingLiving on the road has forced me to learn how to cook better. Often times off the grid, eating out is not an option. As a result, I've found several go to meals I can easily cook (or put together) in my van. 1. Oatmeal with fresh fruit 2. Fried eggs with a hash *(potatoes, brussell sprouts, peppers, and more) 3. Salad with fresh vegetables and grilled chicken 4. Almonds, broccolini and a banana 5. Sandwich *(of any kind) with multi-grain bread 6. Pasta *(I often go for the gluten free options) What are some of your favorites?Like
